Book a Call
One honest conversation about how your business shows up online.
There's no software to install, no forms to sign first
To reach us, call +1 (708) 531-9735, send an email to [email protected], or fill out the form on our contact page. We'll arrange a time that works for a short call, usually somewhere between fifteen and thirty minutes.
If you have a link to your Google Business Profile or website handy, that helps, but it isn't required. We can look things up together on the call if needed.
What we usually cover
Your Situation
Which service areas you cover, how many locations you have, and what's prompted you to look into this now.
A Quick Look Together
We'll often pull up your Business Profile or a competitor's listing live, so you can see exactly what we mean.
Where the Gaps Are
Whether the bigger opportunity is your profile, your citations, your reviews, or your location pages.
Your Questions
Plenty of time for whatever you're actually wondering about, even if it's unrelated to search.
After the Call
A summary, and space to think it over
After the call, we typically follow up by email with a short written summary of what we discussed, along with any observations worth noting. There's no pressure to decide anything on the spot, and no countdown attached to the offer.
If it makes sense to work together, we'll outline what a first phase of work would look like and roughly how long it tends to take, based on the size and structure of your business.
A few common questions
Is the discovery call free?
Yes. It's simply a conversation to understand your business and explain how our process works before anything is agreed to.
Do I need a Google Business Profile already?
No. If you don't have one yet, or aren't sure whether you're the verified manager of an existing listing, we can talk through what that setup involves.
Do you work with businesses outside Chicago?
Yes. Our office is based in Chicago, Illinois, but the work itself is done remotely for service businesses across the country.
What if I only have questions about reviews?
That's fine. Some calls focus entirely on review policy questions rather than a full audit. Bring whatever you'd like to talk through.
